Hi^^

AVAILABLE AT MY ETSY: [link]

Ok, so this is my 2nd attempt on making something industrial. I've been fascinated with the style/movement since I first saw it  Anyways, I just wanted to make a simple lovely shape like a star, and turn it into a "metal" piece made out of polymer clay :aww:
I tried to incorporate some of the critics ppl told me in my last steampunk piece. So thank you so much for the help, and I hope you'll like this one :D

My 1st attempt: [link]

Please I would really like to know what you think of it  so comments and/or tips are always welcome ;)

Made with:
-Studio by sculpey
-gears
-love and patience

**If you'd like to buy a piece like this one, please just let me know I'll be glad to make one for you - send me a note :blowkiss:*

Increible!

This little star is absolutely adorable. I love the way that you have made the clay look like metal with all of the little holes poked into it. And the layers really do make it look like it is made from bits of scrap. the gears add a very nice touch to it. And the little bar that looks like it is holding the 2 sides together is really clever.

The only things that seem out of place on it, is that spring, is sticks out a little to much for my tastes, and the slight imprint of the gear on one of the points. I don't know if that was an accident or intentional and I probably wouldn't notice it if I was to see it in real life but looking at this picture, my eyes snap right to it.

I really enjoy this piece though, keep up the good work!
